I cherish time together with my family. I am a wife, a mother to two very active kiddos, lover of nature, photography, arts, cultures and creating in many forms.  Despite all that creativity, my brain is deeply analytical. I thrive on studying data, ideas and goals, sorting through the parts, analyzing what works well and what needs to change then reformulating a new concept, design or process and communicating the successful transition plan.
